Bonita Nichols has 15 years' experience as a HR professional with roles as HR Officer, HR Manager and HR Consultant. Bonita has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in human resources. Bonita has worked across pharmaceutical, insurance & finance and not-for-profit industries in both large and small organisations.

Bonita believes in building trusting relationships with management and staff in order to fully understand the HR needs of the business and therefore enabled to deliver the best possible solution.

Bonita is currently the General Manager of Human Outsource which specialises in the provision of human resources and industrial relations advice.  Bonita also has a strategic partnership with Directors Australia, where she provides direct support in the recruitment of board roles across a variety of sectors.
