Glee’s background is in human resource management having held senior HR roles in Sydney and Brisbane with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Myer, Bankers Trust, Foxtel and Ernst & Young.

Glee has worked across all aspects of human resources including recruitment and terminations, succession planning, performance management, salary reviews, induction and orientation programs, learning and development, employee relations as well as troubleshooting on a daily basis across HR issues of staff and management.

More recently, Glee has worked in C-suite and board level recruitment, search and selection building on her strong personal interest in corporate governance.
